BF4 and AAA: the rant Lanning

In a recent interview on VG247 Oddworld creator Lorne Lanning, gently pushed a mug shot, without waffling!
"Publishers push out incomplete games simply to satisfy the shareholders - against the interests of gamers and developers.
Why was Battlefield 4 released? When we know that the team was crying. When we know that the team itself knew that the game was not ready [...] this team has spent sleepless nights whores so this shit looks to something and be playable as they would have liked. And someone decided that shareholders were more important than the players. And it happens often. How can we all mess up? How can we hang a jewel fucking and come out covered with shit?
I annoys this business. I won't go into this business, because it is a losing business. I prefer no longer make games rather than being a whore of slave for a company that is more interested in its shareholders as to its audience.
Big debate in perspective... It knows all that he is right but how to handle such a problem? We know that the industry is complex, that studios are often chilly, the stakes are enormous but how to prevent this drift?
