Upcoming Xbox One: white version and console without Blu - ray

As Microsoft prepares a first big update to its Xbox One, specifically for next March, understands The Verge website, rumors also talk about the arrival of a white Xbox One to study for the general public, as well as a version of the console... without Blu - ray.

The big update in question would concern mainly concerns related to Xbox Live, including the function chat or anything that touches the 'social' side of the console.

But this isn't the most interesting part of rumors reported by the site, through the NeoGaf forum.

Indeed, according to a "forumer", a white version of the Xbox One so far only reserved to the members of the staff who worked on the design of the machine, could come out in October, at the same time as the title Sunset Overdrive. Even better: a version 1 TB (2 x 500 GB so) would also leave a month later...

But there is even stronger, according to these same rumors: a version without Blu - ray of the Xbox One (as well as a blue-tooth adapter) could also see the day this year. The Verge confirms that Microsoft works well on a version "diskless" from the console. But nothing is less sure about a possible marketing of the console in the State.

Finally, the site gives a list of territories (and dates) on which the Xbox One would be soon sold:

In April in Japan, Korea South, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Russia, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina. And in October in China, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Slovakia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Israel, India, Indonesia and Egypt.

All of this, obviously, yet to take in the conditional.

With the game, access to a beta of Halo 5 would be considered and the release of the new episode would be thus shifted to 2015.

Then it confirms the arrival of Forza Horizon 2 for the month of September and the game would include weather, full of social aspects with friends and it would be in world open in 1080 p.

Here is the list of the information made available to:

Spencer: "the new licences are essential."

If the acquisition of the franchise Gears of War by Microsoft is good news for fans, many voices have amounted to criticize the lack of initiative from the American manufacturer. Indeed, many fear that Microsoft should duplicate "error" committed on Xbox 360; namely to focus only on the franchisees who walk (Halo, Gears of War, Fable and Forza) even do too much. Phil Spencer wanted to reassure them on his Twitter account:

"The new licences are essential. "The launch of the Xbox One now, I liked the new franchises in which we have invested: Ryse, Crimson Dragon, Max, Lococycle, not to mention Quantum Break and Sunset Overdrive arriving.
The Mr also took the opportunity to announce that new franchises are yet to announce and that some have the potential to reach the famous Quartet lighthouse from Microsoft.

"We have games in development that have the same magnitude and the same potential as those [Halo, Fable, Gears of War and Forza].
Regarding Black Tusk Studios (now head of the Gears of War franchise), he claims to have confidence in its potential and is convinced he can become a major studio in the industry. In any case, according to him, Microsoft did nothing to abolish what they had done before the acquisition of rights of Gears of War.

The new franchises are essential according to Phil but this should not affect Rare. At his words, the English studio is preparing the return of old licenses. Which? Whatever the case, it is well talkative moment friend Spencer! Do you think Microsoft is able to surprise us in the future at this level, there where his main competitor was more evidence of initiatives in the past close?
