Creating a video game studio is not commonplace at Microsoft. This is why we learn with surprise and joy creating Leap Experience Pioneers (LXP). A creation that is not recent since the new studio First Party has existed for several years but it is only now emerging from the shadows. We do not know much more except that their logo has a crazy class as you can see below and the studio is based in the United States.
