The Blu - ray of season 3 games of Thrones comes out and it is not that happy, particularly among owners of Xbox One. It turns out that playback of Blu - ray beyond the title screen is impossible, resulting in a black screen.
Raised by disgruntled users on the official forums, the problem reached the ears of the Xbox Support account, which announces that a solution is in the study.
@morpheus2n2 I see! This is actually an issue we are working on right this second. We hope to have an update soon. ^CQ

As to the causes of this problem, they are multiple. Traditionally, a Blu - ray player, whatever it is, may need an update of its firmware (firmware) to be able to read some recent discs. In the case of the Xbox One, which uses a separate application, it might that the latter is responsible for. In both cases, a component of the system must be updated.
Additionally, the BD Live feature, troublemaker of disorders on many other films (Total Recall and Moi Moche and villain 2 among others), can also be disabled and sometimes the problem. If you are affected by the black screen when playing a any Blu - ray, should attempt to disable this function as follows:
- Once on the home screen, press the button "Menu" on your gamepad'Settings'"The Blu - Ray player settings"'Enable the improvement of the BD Live Blu - Ray player' (do not turn)Hope the solution, whatever it is, happens quickly.
Last updated 20/02/2014: A 30 MB patch has been deployed by Microsoft. Attempt to start blu - ray again and the application will request an update. Once it is done, the bug will no longer than ancient history.
